Is the BecomeTheQB app really free?

Yes. The BecomeTheQB app — mental game, daily reps, lessons, progress tracking — is completely free. No subscription, no credit card required. The Arm Talent Accelerator (ATA) is a separate paid coaching program for private throwing-mechanics work. App and ATA are independent: most app users never book ATA, and the app stays free regardless.

How do I delete my account?

To permanently delete your account and all associated data, go to Manage Account. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

How do I switch or manage my QB profiles?

You can add, switch, or manage QB profiles from your Profile page. Each account supports up to 3 QB profiles with independent progress.

I forgot my password

Reset it from the Reset Password page. A password reset link will be sent to your email.

How do I book an ATA coaching call?

Book a free 15-minute assessment call at /book. We'll talk through where your QB is and whether ATA is the right fit.
