How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

To permanently delete your account and all associated data, go to Manage Account. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

How do I switch or manage my QB profiles?

You can add, switch, or manage QB profiles from your Profile page. Each account supports up to 3 QB profiles with independent progress.

I forgot my password

You can reset your password from the Reset Password page. A password reset link will be sent to your email address.
