Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 7, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BecomeTheQB platform (the “Service”), operated by BecomeTheQB (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf and supervise your use of the Service.

2. Description of Service

BecomeTheQB is an educational platform that provides structured quarterback development content, training plans, progress tracking, and related tools for youth quarterbacks ages 6–18 and their families. The Service is intended as a supplemental educational resource and does not replace professional coaching, medical advice, or athletic training.

Physical Activity Disclaimer: Some content includes physical drills and exercises. These are educational demonstrations, not personalized training programs. Always perform physical activities under adult supervision. Consult a physician before beginning any physical training program. BecomeTheQB assumes no liability for injuries resulting from physical activities performed based on our content.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at contact@becometheqb.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Parental Consent and Minors

BecomeTheQB is designed for use by young athletes with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Accounts must be created by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of any user under 13 years of age. By creating an account for a minor, the parent or guardian consents to the minor’s use of the Service and accepts full responsibility for the minor’s activity on the platform.

By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your account status, billing, and subscription changes. Marketing communications are optional and can be managed in your account settings.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

BecomeTheQB offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the then-current rate.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at contact@becometheqb.com for refund requests.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the end of your billing period. You may cancel at any time through your profile settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until that date.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or its content without our express written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms
